Are you having an issue logging on to the York SU website or having difficulty with purchasing an event ticket?

Here are some quick troubleshooting tips:

-It can take 48 hours from enrolling with the University of York before your information is shared with the team at York SU, so during this period of time, it may not let you log in. 

-Please wait until after 48 hours of enrolling and try again.

-There is a college ticket for every student in that college, so please do not think that the tickets will run out - there is a college ticket for everyone.

-Although there are a set number of tickets for York SU events such as Viking Raid and Comedy Night etc, there are still plenty of tickets left for these events. We will aim to fix your issue as soon as possible.

-If you haven't received a confirmation email of a booking, you can check with Helpdesk directly to see whether the booking has been received - before you do this, try checking your junk inbox or other email accounts that you may have used to sign up first, then email helpdesk@yorksu.org with more information as to what you believe you have booked onto.

-If your bank has taken the payment, but no booking has been received, it may be that your bank had 'held onto' these payments and will automatically refund it within three working days. You can therefore re-book onto the event and pay again. Should the automatic held payment not be refunded after 3 working days, email us at helpdesk@yorksu.org and we can look into this for you and arrange for a refund of the original amount.
