How do I obtain Sponsorship to help fund my student group?

You will need to complete a Sponsorship Agreement Template. Your group and sponsor both need to agree to your terms and sign the agreement.

You then need to submit this agreement to the University of York Students' Union using this Student Group Sponsorship Sign Off form.

This will be checked by the union to ensure we can use your sponsor, as a number of sponsors are prohibited due to contracts the SU holds. Please check this before starting conversations with your sponsor.

Once approved, finance will issue an invoice for you to give to your sponsor. Please liaise with your sponsor until payment is received to the agreement arranged.
