Can I get a refund on a ticket that I have purchased?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds once tickets have been purchased because we coordinate an event based on the expected number of attendees.


Sometimes we are able to offer refunds in exceptional circumstances, so please let us know if you think your reason for no longer being able to attend falls into this category. Whilst we cannot promise a refund, we will pass your information onto the event organiser as it is at their discretion.
