Issues while logging in with Duo or Shibboleth

You may experience issues when logging in that come from Duo (2 factor authentication) or Shibboleth (the University's log in portal) where a range of errors may occur.


Unfortunately, we have no control over these systems and you will have to reach out to the University IT Services team (itsupport@york.ac.uk) for support.
